All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, slight delays may occur.
We carefully package every item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
